Pggame Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before Using the Platform

By using the pggame.click website and application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between pggame and the user. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using pggame's services.

Pggame is an online entertainment and betting platform operating under an internationally recognized license. Built specifically for Bangladeshi users, the platform offers cricket, football, and more than 30 other sports, along with a wide range of casino games.

This English version of the Terms & Conditions shall serve as the definitive document. In the event of any dispute, the interpretation of this document shall be final. pggame may update these terms at any time — registered members will be notified via email or push notification whenever changes are made.

To open an account on pggame, you must provide accurate and genuine information. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual may only open one account — creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• A photo of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

Withdrawals may be restricted until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. Verification is typically processed within 24 hours. If your documents are unclear or incomplete, additional information may be requested.

The following rules apply when betting on pggame and cover all forms of Sports Betting and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so make sure you are certain before confirming.
• Pre-match bets are locked in as soon as the match kicks off.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting — the odds shown at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• If you use the Cash Out feature, you will receive the value offered at the exact moment the cash out is made.
• pggame reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error.

If a match is cancelled or not completed, the original bet stake will be refunded. For matches abandoned after partial play, sport-specific rules apply — for example, in cricket, if a result is determined via the DLS method, bets will be settled accordingly.

You can combine multiple bets into an accumulator (acca). A payout is only issued if all selections win — a single loss voids the entire bet. A maximum of 20 selections can be added to an accumulator.

Betting Limits

Betting limits for VIP members are set separately and may increase according to your level.

Depositing and withdrawing at pggame is designed to be as straightforward as possible — especially using the payment methods most familiar to players in Bangladesh.

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳5,00,000.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same bKash or Nagad number used for the original deposit.
• Without completed KYC verification, the single withdrawal limit is ৳5,000.

There are no additional charges on deposits. Withdrawals may be subject to the mobile banking operator's own transaction fees, which are outside pggame's control. In the event of a failed deposit, funds are returned to the source account within 24 hours.

Every bonus and promotion at pggame comes with its own terms. Claiming a bonus means you agree to those terms. The general rules are:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% on your first deposit — up to ৳5,000. Wagering: 18x the bonus amount. Validity: 30 days.
• Weekly Cashback: 15% — withdrawable with no wagering requirement. Minimum loss ৳500.
• Mobile Bonus: an extra 20% on your first deposit. Available once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — complete one before claiming the next.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Each bonus's detailed terms specify which bets count toward the wagering requirement. As a general rule, Sports Betting wagers at odds of 1.50 or above qualify. For casino games, the contribution rate varies by game — typically 100% for slots and 10%–20% for Live Casino.

Pggame is committed to maintaining a fair and safe platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual, or using another person's account.
• Creating accounts or placing coordinated bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing money from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use it.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. All pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned before the account is closed.

Pggame reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If false information is provided at the time of registration.
• If KYC documents are not submitted or are deemed unacceptable.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 6 of the Terms & Conditions.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for 18 months).
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted.

Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 after 18 months — however, once the balance reaches zero, no further fees will be charged. Inactive accounts can be reactivated by contacting support.

Pggame believes that betting and gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress. That belief is at the heart of our comprehensive responsible gaming framework.

• Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Set a daily time limit — restrict how many hours you can play per day.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a self-exclusion period ranging from 7 days to permanent.
• View your betting history and loss reports at any time.
• Avoid placing bets when you're feeling low or stressed — our support team is always ready to listen.

Pggame makes every effort to keep its services running without interruption. However, pggame is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet disconnection.
• If a delay is caused by a third-party payment provider.
• If service is temporarily unavailable due to unavoidable technical issues.
• If a user's password or account credentials are exposed to others due to their own negligence.

If a system error results in an incorrect payout, pggame reserves the right to recover the excess amount. In the event of a dispute, pggame's server logs shall serve as the definitive evidence.

Pggame may modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified via email or push notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
